Web Magic Studio LLC — Fulfillment Policy
Last revised: May 10 2025
1. Introduction
This Fulfillment Policy (“Policy”) explains how Web Magic Studio LLC (“Web Magic Studio,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) delivers and fulfills paid services, processes payments, and handles refunds, cancellations, and disputes. By purchasing any service, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms below. This Policy is governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA.
2. Definitions
“Services” refers to any consulting, design, development, or related professional work we provide. “Agreement” means the proposal, statement of work, or other written contract between Web Magic Studio and the Client. All time references are U.S. Central Time (America/Chicago).
3. Service Delivery
- Delivery Modes. We deliver Services electronically (email, project-management or messaging apps, secure file transfer, or direct updates to your website), by phone / video calls, or in-person meetings when mutually agreed.
- Timeline. Start dates, milestones, and completion dates are defined in the Agreement. Work typically begins once the Agreement is executed.
- Client Responsibilities. Timely delivery depends on prompt Client feedback and provision of requested assets; delays by the Client may extend the timeline correspondingly.
4. Payment & Billing
- Billing Method. Services are billed after work is performed, at the hourly rate stated in the Agreement.
- Invoicing. Each invoice lists service dates, hours worked, hourly rate, and total charges.
- Due Date. Payment is due within 10 calendar days of the invoice date unless otherwise specified.
- Accepted Forms. We accept major credit/debit cards, payable through Stripe or PayPal.
- Deposits. We do not normally require an upfront deposit. However, for unusually large or long-term engagements we reserve the right to request a retainer or milestone pre-payment; any such requirement will be clearly stated in the Agreement.
5. Fulfillment Confirmation
Upon receipt of payment, you will receive an email confirmation or paid invoice. Project work already delivered is considered fulfilled; any remaining milestones will continue according to the agreed timeline.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Completed Services. Because consulting and development hours cannot be “returned,” fees for completed Services are non-refundable.
- Partial Performance. If Web Magic fails to complete the agreed scope, we may—at our sole discretion—issue a prorated refund or apply a service credit.
- Exclusions. Refunds will not be provided for changes of mind, issues known prior to purchase, or requests made outside the reporting window in your Agreement.
7. Project Abandonment
If the Client becomes unresponsive for 30 days, Web Magic Studio may deem the project abandoned and close it; all monies paid to date will be retained to cover time already invested.
8. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
If you believe an invoice or charge is incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback or formal dispute. We will investigate in good faith and work toward an efficient, amicable resolution in accordance with our payment processor’s guidelines.
9. Security & Privacy
All card transactions are encrypted and processed through a PCI-compliant payment processor. Web Magic Studio never stores full credit-card numbers and implements industry-standard safeguards to protect all client data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
10. Modifications to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to https://webmagic.studio/fulfillment-policy/ and apply to future transactions only.
