Built to be found

SEO web design, built in from the ground up. A beautiful site nobody can find isn’t doing its job.

Most websites are designed first and optimized later — SEO patched in after launch, if it happens at all. I do it the other way round. The structure that decides whether Google can find and rank your site gets built in from the first decision, not bolted on after. That’s what SEO web design should mean, and rarely does.

The core idea

Design and SEO aren’t two separate jobs.

Handled separately, they work against each other. The designer makes something that looks great and quietly breaks the things search engines rely on; then someone else gets hired to undo the damage. It’s slow, it’s expensive, and the site is never as findable as one built right the first time.

Done together, seo and web design are one decision made once. When I lay out a page, the same choices that make it clear for a visitor make it readable for Google: how the content is organized, what the headings say, how fast it loads, how clean the markup is underneath. I’m not designing and then optimizing. I’m designing so it’s already optimized.

Under the hood

The part most builds skip

The web design SEO fundamentals — the ones that decide whether you rank at all — are built into the site, not sprinkled on afterward.

  • 01

    Readable structure

Clean, semantic markup so a search engine can tell what each page is actually about, instead of guessing at a wall of undifferentiated code.

  • 02

    Speed

Google measures how fast your pages load, and visitors feel it long before they’d ever complain. A slow site is fighting search before the content even matters.

  • 03

    Clear signals

Titles, headings, and descriptions that tell search engines what each page is for — written for a human first, and correct underneath.

  • 04

    A findable layout

Internal links and a logical structure, so every page can be reached and nothing gets stranded where neither Google nor a visitor will find it.

  • 05

    Structured data

Where it earns its place, so search engines understand your business and not just your words.

This is where seo web development matters more than design flair. The findability is engineered in the same layer where I handle your speed and your security — underneath, where it lasts.

Straight talk

What this is, and what it isn’t

“SEO” gets oversold, so I’ll be straight about what I’m offering. Building your site to be found is the foundation — the part that’s permanently yours, baked into how the site is made, working for you whether or not you ever pay anyone another dollar.

What I don’t do is sell monthly rankings reports or promise you’ll be number one by Friday. Nobody honest can guarantee that, and anyone who does is telling you what you want to hear. My website and SEO services are about building the foundation right, and about checking an existing site to find what’s holding it back. Ongoing content and marketing campaigns are a genuinely different job. If that’s what you actually need, I’ll tell you — I’d rather lose the sale than pretend a well-built site alone will do it.

Already live?

Already have a site that isn’t showing up?

If you’ve got a website and it’s simply not there on Google, the cause is almost always in this invisible layer: the structure, the speed, or something quietly telling search engines to stay away. My free audit checks exactly that and shows you what’s fixable — whether I built the site or not.

Straight answers

What’s the difference between web design and SEO?

Design is how a site looks and feels; SEO is whether people can find it in the first place. They’re usually sold as separate services, which is exactly the problem — a great-looking site with no thought given to structure, speed, and how search engines read it will still struggle to be found. I build the two as one, so the findability isn’t a second project you pay for later.

Do you offer website design SEO services for a site you didn’t build?

Yes. New builds get this baked in from the start. For an existing site, I start with the free audit to find what’s actually wrong, then fix the foundation — the same website design SEO services, applied to a site that’s already live instead of one on the drawing board.

Can you guarantee I’ll rank first on Google?

No, and I’d be wary of anyone who does. What I can do is make sure nothing about how your site is built is stopping you from ranking — which, more often than not, is the real thing standing in the way.
